To my knowledge, the only reason spatial pylons are banned is because of potential lag. If this is the case, I suggest banning 128^3 and possibly 16^3 spatial storage cells. It's an aspect of Applied Energistics 2 that I haven't been able to productively utilize in a survival setting. Also, space stations are not a replacement for these items when you put them all in the same dimension.
