It just make sense that we are already paying for the rank, and the /enchant I don't think we need a cooldown. I want to buy the last rank but why should I if going to be the same thing like all the other ranks.

This is a pretty powerful command already.. so cooldown is a ok.

I don't feel like a complete cooldown removal is find, but I think it could be shortened.
